WPS is looking for a proactive and highly organised **Contract Support Lead** to join our team in Bromley. This is a full-time, site-based role supporting the delivery of facilities and property services in a dynamic retail environment.

?? Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive administrative and contract support to the site team
- Coordinate reactive and planned maintenance activities
- Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to ensure service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with compliance requirements
- Support reporting, invoicing, and procurement processes

- Previous experience in a contract support or facilities administration role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAFM systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
