**Sales Order Processor**
An exciting position has become available for a full-time Sales Order Processor based in Oswestry Shropshire. You will play a key role within the team, being the main point of contact for our customers, as well as sales order processing.
You will work 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and earn a negotiable salary £20,000 - £24,000.
**Role Requirements**
- Previous order processing experience.
- Use of Sage 50 - SOP, POP and Stock.
- IT competent (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Planning experience.
- Self-motivated & proactive.
- Operate independently without supervision.
- Good communication & negotiating skills.
- Must be able to adapt and deal with changes in a growing organisation.
**Role Responsibilities**
- Working with Suppliers including placing purchase orders.
- Sales order processing from receipt to despatch
- Answer several forms of contact.
- Complete filing of paperwork including sending invoices.
- Follow up of customer quotations and samples
- Liaise with Production Department.
- Dealing with the Production Schedule and relevant documents
- Producing End of Month reports and providing Data Analysis to the team
- Dealing with the Quality System.
- Other duties may be required.
**Company**
Our client’s company was born out of a need to solve technical problems and provide engineering support for manufacturers wanting their products certified for hazardous areas.
Their first product was an Intrinsically Safe fuse. They needed this for a project, the design of an electronic instrument. To optimise this, they needed a compact, but cost effective IS fuse.
There wasn’t one on the market, so our client designed and developed one.
