As **Marketing Manager** your responsibilities will include: - Build and implement the marketing calendar for all channels - The **Marketing Manager** will experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting,performance analysis - Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups - Manage the monthly trading calendar - Manage online customer acquisition/retention and CRM strategy - Set annual web marketing targets for digital channels, closely monitor and accurately report on progress - Oversee and brief site content ensuring links are operational, free from errors and direct customers to appropriate pages - Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritise and manage multiple work streams at any one time - As **Marketing Manager** you will liaise with our marketing agency on strategy, planning and reporting of PPC, SEO, Paid Social and retargeting for the UK and overseas campaigns - including reporting on performance - Supporting with daily, weekly and monthly reports. Reporting on sales and key performance metrics - Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events. - Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends. The Person: - Have experience working in a true startup - You will have an understanding of ALL digital marketing channels and excel in one or two areas; CRM, Paid Social, Affiliates, PPC and SEO. - Ideally, 2+ years of experience in a similar fast-paced start-up environment. - Highly organised and able to multi-task several projects at any one time. - A positive, "can do" approach - An ambitious character who is always striving for success and expanding their skill set. - Good communicator with a confident presentation style - Good time management skills - Confident to speak with customers/potential customers at trade events - Able to establish and sustain strong working relationships We know that the right people are our most valuable asset.
