Are you an organised and ambitious individual looking to build a long-term career in marketing and brand development? We're offering an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join a growing team in Birmingham, supporting the coordination and delivery of dynamic campaigns and projects.

In this role, you'll play an integral part in bringing ideas to life — assisting with planning, logistics, and execution across a range of marketing initiatives. Working alongside experienced coordinators and project leads, you'll gain hands-on experience in campaign management, client communication, and operational support. Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to learn, contribute, and grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of marketing and brand campaigns from start to finish.
  • Assist with the organisation of events, launches, and project logistics.
  • Help prepare materials, presentations, and reports for client and internal use.
  • Maintain accurate campaign documentation and support daily administrative needs.
  • Liaise with suppliers, venues, and partners to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
  • Represent the company professionally at meetings and on-site activations.

About You

  • Strong communication and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident working as part of a team and managing multiple priorities.
  • Prior experience in a marketing, administrative, or coordination role is beneficial but not essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with general office systems.
