**The role - Head of Data and Technology**

As Head of Data and Technology** **you will lead the data and technology strategy and operations for Origin Housing, ensuring that the organisation delivers high-quality services and solutions to its customers and stakeholders.

**What you’ll do**

You will
- Develop and implement the data and technology vision, roadmap for Origin Housing
- Manage the data and technology team and budget, ensuring alignment with the organisational objectives and values
- Oversee the delivery of data and technology projects and initiatives, ensuring compliance, security and quality standards
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in data and technology, leveraging best practices and emerging trends

**Skills and experience we'd like you to have**

We’re looking for someone who has:

- Extensive experience and knowledge in data and technology management, strategy and delivery in a complex and regulated environment
- Experience with the modern data stack tools we use or similar including Fivetran, Databricks, dbt, Airflow (astronomer), Power BI, SQL and how these fit together and support developing architect that is fit for purpose for the future.
- Experience of leading a technology function predominantly based around Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and Azure, with strong vendor management skills.
- Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
- A passion for social housing and a commitment to Origin Housing’s values and vision
