This senior leadership role oversees a team of 5–7 data professionals and plays a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s data strategy, technology roadmap, and client delivery.The ideal candidate has a strong background in data engineering, architecture, and cloud technologies and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-client consultancy environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of 5–7 data professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.Oversee design and implementation of scalable data platforms, pipelines, and CRM integrations.Ensure high standards in data architecture, including models, warehouse schemas, and metadata frameworks.Act as a trusted client advisor, translating complex business requirements into technology solutions.Support business growth through proposals, pitches, and client engagement.Required Qualifications & ExperienceExtensive experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, and Technology Leadership.Track record in an agency or boutique consultancy.Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT workflows, cloud platforms, and CRM systems.Strong technical proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud environments (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP also acceptable).Experience leading and mentoring teams of 5–7 professionals.Excellent communication and client-facing skills.Application ProcessApply now to take the next step in leading a dynamic data and technology function and making an impact across multiple client projects.
