**Job Details**
We are looking for a highly skilled Administrative Co-ordinator to line manage a large team of staff working from various establishments, ensuring an effective, efficient and co-ordinated administrative and clerical support service for Headteachers and the management team.
You will also work with Administrative Co-ordinator colleagues to continually review, improve, develop and consistently implement changes and improvements to operational systems and processes in line with changing objectives and resources.
As an Administrative Co-ordinator, you will work under the direction and supervision of a Primary Business Manager.

**Qualification, Registration and Skill Requirements**
You are required to have an HND or equivalent educational qualification to SCQF level 8 in a relevant discipline.
You will have extensive experience of working in an Educational setting, along with an ability to respond positively in an environment of change.
**Before confirming to your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.**
