**Key responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the smooth onboarding of physical and financial deals in the UK and Europe, working closely with the Sales and Trading team.
- Negotiating contract terms and leading on the structuring of power contracts and PPAs.
- Review and report on CFP Energy’s portfolio performance covering Power, Gas and Bio assets, including analysis of asset, market, and financial performance and trends.
- Support the Trading desk with position management and complex trade booking. Identifying and resolving issues or improving our capturing of originated deals within the ETRM.
- Pricing, structuring and risk management of energy products, focusing on the European Markets.
- Review processes to advise on optimal PPA setup.
- Good commodities knowledge within a front office environment, with a focus on Power and PPAs.
- 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience with the structuring of power contracts and PPAs.
- Familiarity with European environmental regulations and sustainability frameworks, as well as with the particularities of Power contractual terms.
- Strong interest in environmental markets, sustainability, and climate change issues, with a specific focus on European markets.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends in the European market.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
