**SENCO - SEMH School (Near Lewes)**:
**Full-Time | Teachers’ Pay Scale | Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm**

Are you a passionate and qualified SENCO looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with social, emotional, and mental health needs? We are seeking a dynamic and committed **SENCO**to join our nurturing and innovative SEMH school located just outside **Lewes**.

This is a **multi-site role**offering variety, challenge, and the opportunity to work closely with small groups of pupils (around 6 per class) in a highly supportive environment.

**About the Role**:
As our SENCO, you will:

- Lead and coordinate SEND provision across multiple sites.
- Work closely with staff, families, and external agencies to ensure every pupil receives tailored support.
- Deliver high-quality teaching in the classroom as part of your role.
- Monitor and evaluate EHCPs, interventions, and progress.Champion inclusive practices and positive behaviour strategies.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)**:

- **National SENCO Qualification**:

- Experience working with SEMH pupils or in specialist settings.
- A **driver’s licence**and access to a vehicle (essential due to location and multi-site nature).A warm, resilient, and proactive approach to supporting vulnerable learners.

**Location**:
Our school is set in a peaceful rural location just outside Lewes, East Sussex. Due to limited public transport, **driving is essential**.
