A global Biotech company are looking for a Senior Data Architect to join their team. You will help guide the BI & Data function through the roadmap of their digitalisation

The company are heavily tech driven and each year invest millions into different technologies and upgrades across the world. Most recently, they have rolled out D365 across America and are now rolling it out across Europe. They are a Microsoft company andare in the early stages of gathering requirements to move across to an Azure Data Lake for their data.

As the Senior Data Architect within this business, you will:
Lead and manage architectural standards and take the lead on the BI data governance. This will include definition and maintenance of the data models (Conceptual to Physical) as well as the improving of the data dictionary across the business.

Skills Required for this position:

- Previous experience as a Data Architect - Including Team Leadership/Management
- experience of data profiling and delivering data models different sizes, ideally using IBM Power Designer or similar tool
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks
- Experience of owning a Data Dictionary
- Strong Understanding of Microsoft Technologies (Azure/Dynamics etc)

The role will be fully remote with very occasional travel to the office (Cheshire). There will be opportunities to travel to America with this company if you would be interested in doing so.
