As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for providing accurate and efficient credit control services to both internal customers and external clients. You will be proactive in chasing and resolving client queries, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining a high level of communication with colleagues and clients. Administrative tasks and record updates will also be required.
**The requirements from you**:
To be successful in this role, you will need proven experience working in credit control within a professional services environment. You should possess excellent communication, organisational and prioritisation skills, and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients. You should be proactive in identifying and resolving issues and queries and have strong IT skills and experience working with accounting software systems. Working knowledge of SAGE and IRIS is desirable.
