£24,800 to £29,800 depending on experience plus benefits

An opportunity has arisen with a highly regarded, award winning company working at their Head Office. They are looking for a detail orientated and technically minded Technical Records Assistant.
You will be joining a busy team that plays a vital role in the business and ensures the smooth and efficient operation of business activities. Working in a supportive team and reporting to a Team Leader, your daily duties will include:
- Input and upkeep of maintained parts records
- Creating and realigning maintenance work, repairs and inspection schedules in line with company policies and procedures
- Dealing with requests to supply information
- Liaising with Managers and Engineers
- Supporting with other Asset Management activities
Person specification:
- Administration experience and a technical aptitude
- An accurate and conscientious worker that has an eye for detail
- Self-motivated and able to work as a team or alone
- Able to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines
- Able to communicate effectively and politely both verbally and in writing with colleagues, managers, customers internally and external third parties
- Patience and ability to gather information from several systems to investigate difficult tasks
- Strong computer literacy with experience of Microsoft Word and Excel, Access would be an advantage
