Abbotsford Care is recruiting Care Assistants for the Day and Night Shift to provide quality care to our residents throughout Fife and work with different client groups.

We are currently recruiting Care Assistants to join our team at Raith Manor, Kirkcaldy

**Responsibilities**
- Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any resident condition changes.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to foster a supportive environment.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to develop and implement care plans
- Proficient in IT for documentation and reporting
- Compassionate and patient demeanor towards clients
- Understanding of care home regulations and standards
