Conexus Recovery & Field Services provides specialist Field services to our clients across the Utility Sectors. Conexus Recovery & Field Services is seeking to increase the network of existing Doorstep Field Agents, we have a requirement for a self-employed post in the Bristol and Bath Area.

We are looking for self-motivated and professional individuals and people who have worked in similar roles such as debt recovery, debt management, debt collection, relationship manager, enforcement officer, arrears officer, arrears controller or credit control. This particular job role will focus on Pre Disconnection Visits and Utility Warrants. You will be provided with Full ‘on the job’ training and support by a Supervisor. Previous experience is not essential, however having door to door or customer service would be an advantage. Competitive fees or commission rates varying from client to client, full and part time flexible hours available and will be agreed with the area Manager within your area.

- Strong communication skills, experience of working in a regulated environment will be beneficial and confidence in dealing with people face to face
- Be reliable and organized and have the ability to pick up new tasks quickly be self-motivated and looking to develop their own skills.
- Have own transport and a full drivers licence
- Previous experience within a direct customer contact role (face to face or telephone) however not essential.

You will be required to visit customers on behalf of our client at their supply address. You may be required to take meter reads, discuss a range of payment alternatives or reconnect the customer to our client, gather information about vulnerability and confirm if there have been tenancy changes and assess the viability of the client installing a pre-payment meter or smart meter being fitted. We also carry out Utility Warrant visits where you will lead a team of locksmith, meter engineers and possible dog handler to install pre payment meters in residential properties. If you have experience of this type of work then that would be an advantage, however we can provide full training.

**Salary**: £130.00-£170.00 per day
