We are looking for a Team Leader for our MATA Production Team who will be responsible for leading, motivating and coaching a team of Production Technicians in the MATA primary manufacturing areas.

**About you**

We are looking for someone who has experience in a similar role within a GMP environment.

You will be a proven line manager and be able to confidently lead and motivate a team.

Any experience of maintenance of equipment and processes would be beneficial as would any experience within sterile manufacturing.

**The role**

You will be involved in the following:

- Prioritising effectively and organising, managing and publishing working schedules to ensure customer delivery dates are met whilst maintaining GMP requirements
- Creating effective training and development plans for all MATA team members whilst maintaining operational effectiveness
- Striving to introduce improved ways of working in safety, quality, cost and delivery using lean methodologies and working closely with direct and indirect teams
- Working collaboratively with other Team Leaders/Supervisors/Managers within ATL to ensure business needs are met and a consistent approach is taken across all areas
- Coaching team in daily problem solving and root cause analysis to provide strong solutions to eliminate repeating issues
- Managing recruitment and headcount for the team

**Salary**: Up to £35,000.00 per year
