Design, Projects and Purchasing Coordinator

Are you an Interior design coordinator or recent Interior design graduate looking to gain commercial experience?
Do you have a keen eye for detail and are organized by nature?
Are you a proactive and confident negotiator?
Join us to support our hotel teams and our owner to make Scarlet & Bedruthan hotels always look, sound and feel just right.
This role requires an eye for design and brand standards combined with drive, organizational skills and commitment to completing projects.
Working closely with Managers and Senior Leaders on team-wide projects, both directed and self-initiated, being thorough with time and process management.
Following guidance and requirements from our owner, prioritise purchasing and plan future projects from start to completion in a timely manner.
You will source and procure new and exciting products, allowing us to evolve and innovate our interiors and accessories in a way that is both sustainable and inspiring.
Can you ensure our purchasing is ethical, help us make conscientious decisions, and then explain our purchasing ethos to enable the marketing team to share these stories with our guests.
Can you assist the Marketing team to create seasonal brand guidelines, visual displays and marketing opportunities to tell the story of our design.
Assist in the production of a rooms standards list for the team to follow, work with the Management team to maintain standards of the rooms and public areas and ensure we have all items needed for each of the rooms, i.e. cushions, throws etc.
Source, purchase and manage uniform stock levels to maintain staff uniform standards.
Use internal and trip advisor feedback regarding guests stays on any room/ communal spaces to inform future projects.
Gather insight from the team to ensure that items purchased are suitable for the task required.
This role could be full time or part time depending on your skills, experience and flexibility.

- Up to £25,000 per annum dependent on experience
- Full-time/part-time permanent contract
