You will be required to take charge of your own accounts, handle the order process from entry to invoicing, and offer support throughout. You will identify issues early and resolve them quickly. This includes efficient receipt, processing, management, and despatch of all orders.Experience & QualificationsExtensive knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office programmesEffective time management and organisation skillsStrong customer service and account management skillsConfidence working independently and making decisionsA team player who’s organised, responsive and solutions-focusedPrevious experience in a similar role would be highly desirableEuropean languages – considered an assetThis is an exciting opportunity to join our friendly, innovative, and collaborative team.
