**Job Title**: General Assistant (Part-time, 0-hour contract)

**Location**: Havant
**Pay Rate**:per hour £11.44-12.50 depending on experience
**Hours**: 3-4 days a week (flexible) 15-24 hours

**About Us**:
We are a small but dynamic business looking for a motivated and adaptable **General Assistant** to join our team. This part-time role is varied, and we need someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves and help in multiple areas. Whether it’s assisting with office tasks, packing orders, or helping with marketing, you’ll be an essential part of keeping our business running smoothly.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist with office tasks such as answering the phone, chasing invoices, and creating invoices, packing slips, and labels.
- Help manage and update our website, including stock counting and product listings.
- Support our social media and marketing efforts - creativity and a knack for content creation are a big plus
- Pack and prepare orders for dispatch as needed.
- Maintain a clean and tidy office and help keep the warehouse organized.
- Handle general admin work using software like Xero (or willingness to learn).
- Assist with any other day-to-day tasks to ensure the smooth running of operations.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Someone with good computer skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with a mix of admin and physical tasks.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and website management is a bonus.
- Experience with Xero or similar accounting software is beneficial but not essential - we can teach you
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to multitask.
