**Care and Support Workers**

Field Lane is a national charity making a huge difference to the everyday lives of people. Our fresh approach provides a unique combination of care, accommodation and support for adults with learning disabilities and vulnerable families.

We are recruiting for further Support Workers to provide care and support to adults with learning disabilities in Supported Living and in the Community. We are looking for kind caring people with a pro-active approach to care, for our Horley / Redhill locations.

As a member of the Care Team, your role will be to support and assist senior staff by contributing to the care, comfort and well-being of service users, ensuring that all individuals are cared for and supported with dignity, consideration and kindness.

You will need to have good communication skills, an empathetic nature, the ability to follow instructions and remain calm in difficult situations, along with a willingness to learn.

Applicants will ideally have an NVQ Level 2 in Care, or a willingness to complete it. The right attitude is key, rather than experience.
- **Day Shifts: £9.90 per hour + Pension**_

Staff must be fully vaccinated or a willingness to complete having vaccinations.
