We are currently recruiting an ambitious, driven, and caring Care Co-ordinator for our growing Office. We understand that our people are our greatest asset that’s why we _invest in and value _every member of our team.

You must be extremely personable as you will be liaising with the entire team to ensure all our valued Clients needs are met. This role is extremely fast paced and requires someone truly dedicated and able to remain positive and professional when working under pressure.

**Skills and abilities of Care Co-ordinator**:

- Extremely well organised, excellent planning and prioritising ability with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with previous experience of delivering outstanding customer service
- Self-motivated and flexible, with a willingness to participate in an on call system for out of office hours
- Have a minimum of 1 years experience in the care sector / Domicilary care
- Previous use of a care scheduling / HR / recording system - _Desirable_
- Good computer skills including proficient use of MS Office, the ability to produce reports and good computer systems knowledge
- Must be willing to carry out hands on care so some care experience is essential
- Core working Hours Mon-fri 9am-5pm however the need to be flexible as working evenings/weekends/bank holidays may be required to meet the needs of the business

**Must have a full drivers Licence, access to a vehicle and live within 10 mile Radius of Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire UK**
