**Job description**

You will be responsible for investigating vehicle rental hire rates charged to insurance companies, using our online system, providing evidence to support your decision and possibly attending court to provide evidence on more complex cases. Using our award-winning processes to report on an eclectic mix of vehicle types, you will also investigate rental costs in the market, providing the evidence to support your decision. We will give you training and support on your path to competence.

**Essential skills/knowledge**
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills are essential.
- You must be detail-focused and have a right-first-time mentality.
- You can work under pressure and to targets.
- You will possess excellent customer service skills.
- You can work on your own and as part of a team. You demonstrate a can-do, positive mentality.

**Preferred skills/knowledge**
- Experience in the motor insurance market/credit hire/car rental market (3 years + ideally) Experience of giving evidence in court.
