**What you'll be doing**
- Own, lead and contribute to the technical delivery of multiple projects and technology streams that include design, configuration and installation of solutions that meet client expectations - within the defined parameters including technical excellence, budget, timescale, and specified deliverables.
- Provide the principal interface between Technical Services and the Sales/Solutions community gaining an in-depth understanding of key go-to-market offerings, and any supporting propositions.
- Act as a key project team member, charged with the analysis of user and technical requirements, specifications development, solution design and development, and on the associated testing and deployment processes.
- Offer ratification on proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and Scopes of Works to ensure viable approach, technical accuracy, correctly quantified effort, and appropriate resource alignment encompassing in-house resources, affiliates, and partners.
- Provide Technical Services support, assisting with design, configuration, troubleshooting, and escalated problem management.
- Help develop the Technical Services Security engineering team to ensure it has the appropriate skills and knowledge. Identify development goals, skills alignment, areas of improvement and technical evolution to complement and deliver our propositions.
- Promote information sharing and mentoring within the Technical Services team to develop skills and enhance knowledge.

**Skills and Experience**

**_ Essential_**
- Extensive experience in an IT Technical/Professional Services role, architecting and delivering complex infrastructure solutions for medium and large enterprise environments.
- Tangible experience and sustained certification to an expert level.
- Cisco CCIE RS
- Proven ability and experience with design, implementation, integration, migration, and troubleshooting of solutions encompassing a range of technologies, including (but not limited to):

- Core Cisco route/switch
- Software-Defined Networking, security and access, and automation methods; for example: ACI, ISE, SD-Access
- SD-WAN (Cisco, Meraki, Juniper, Fortinet)
- Wireless (Cisco, Meraki, Juniper MIST)
- Virtualised and cloud-native deployments of the above
- Solid understanding of interlinked technologies throughout networking, wireless, security and data centre solutions.
- Capability and confidence to support pre-sales activities across NTT’s client base of varying size and profile organisations, from global majors to mid-size enterprise clients.
- Experience in reviewing both the technical and financial elements of proposals and statements of work to ensure scope, deliverables and resources meet the stated requirements and objectives defined within.
- Comfortable owning, leading, and executing project deliverables, providing technical oversight, quality assurance and accountability to meet customer objectives and expectations.
- Commercially astute and able to identify and articulate scope change requirements within a project, including contribution to change requests and change advisory boards.
- Possession of excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication, and organisational skills.
- Previous experience working within or leading a team, and ability to educate, enthuse, coach, and mentor.
- Proficiency in the creation and peer review of project related documentation (e.g. HLD, LLD and ABD), ensuring consistent quality of deliverables, feedback and recommendations.
- Ability to define and optimise standards for project deliverables and activities.
- Currently hold, or willing to complete SC & DV Clearance checks where required.
- Valid UK Driving Licence, with a willingness and ability to travel.

- Experience with design, implementation, migration, and troubleshooting of solutions using a range of technologies, including (but not limited to):

- SD-WAN (Fortinet)
- Wireless (Cisco, Meraki, Juniper)
- SAN fabric switching (Cisco, Brocade)
