As Warehouse Shift Manager you will be directly reporting into the Branch Manager and being responsible for the day to day management of Centre Operations. **Client Details** Our client is a National security and multidrop organisation who are looking for a Warehouse Shift Manager to join their site in near Romford. **Description** As Warehouse Shift Manager based near Romford you required to monitor the activities of their team so that deliveries, collections & storage activities are made, additional responsibilities will include: - Day-to-day management, motivation, training and development of a team of employees - Responsible for efficient rostering of staff, ensuring all customers are effectively serviced - Maintain administration systems and conduct effective "end of shift" handover - Provide appropriate training for all team members, taking account of both company / employee needs and changes to operational procedures. - Ensure that the Company's equipment servicing requirements adhere to both Company Policy and legislation - Ensure new customers are scheduled and processed in the most cost effective way, whilst maintaining contractual requirements. **Profile** - Previous man management experience is essential - Previous warehousing experience is highly desirable - Experience within Multi-drop, parcels, FMCG environments are a preferred background - Experienced in HR duties - Process-driven and highly skilled in compliance - Skilled man-manager and motivator **Job Offer** - £32k basic salary - Highly competitive benefits package - Great internal career progression opportunities and support Shift Pattern: - Mon-Fri - Week 1: 6am-2pm - Week 2: 11am-7pm
