**Sales Order Processing (SOP) Assistant for landline, broadband, VoIP and Mobile**
Working as part of the technology team providing support in the sales order processing department to fulfil customer orders.
The ideal person will be highly resilient and able to remain calm and efficient under pressure and have excellent interpersonal skills to provide updates and support for our customers, working directly with the SOP Process Lead, and updating customers and team members of the technology department on various aspects of the ordering journey.
Main Duties
- Working with team members, including technicians and advisers, to ensure team objectives are being met and supporting the sales team in achieving their sales goals.
- Provisioning a section of products for existing and new customers including but not limited to:
Provisioning and supporting leased line, fixed, and mobile solutions.
- ADSL circuits - landline
- FTTC circuits - Fibre to the Cabinet
- FTTP circuits - Fibre to the Premises
- Ethernet circuits - Leased Line
- Mobile Sims and hardware
- Working with the service desk, assisting the sales order process lead with provisioning, and engineering issues during the sales cycle.
- Communicate with the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
- Liaising with suppliers about orders, being professionalism and perseverance to get information from them.
- Managing customer requests promptly and within SLA (Service-level agreement).
- Answering customer's queries, assisting them throughout the whole sales process.
- Keep customers up to date, with the provisioning and engineering elements of their order.
- Able to work well on their own.

Technical Requirements:
- Computer literate.
- Knowledge using online portals (training is provided)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
