This position requires an inspirational, innovative and creative leader who can strengthen the management of ongoing clinical developments and delivery of care within Newbridges and the wider Inpatient Service, as part of the senior clinical leadership team.

Newbridges is an 18-bedded fast-paced mental health treatment unit and forms part of the acute treatment pathway within our service model. We have a wide range of patients with complex needs who require a period of inpatient treatment as part of their ongoing recovery from crisis.

This service is based in Hull and serves the whole of Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust.

The nature of this complex patient group ensures that Newbridges is a dynamic and often challenging environment. It would suit a professional who wishes to further develop their skills in evidence-based clinical practice and leadership.

The role requires advanced assertiveness and organisational skills, and an ability to support clinical decision making within the inpatient service, sometimes out of working hours.
