Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead to oversee patient care within our healthcare facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading nursing teams, ensuring high standards of clinical practice, and delivering compassionate, patient-centred care. Duties
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, administering treatments, and monitoring progress.
- manage and co ordinate therapists and wellbeing staff and support.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff.
- support and enhance training for all staff supporting with mental health, suicide prevention and self harm
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in accordance with legal and organizational requirements.
- Participate in quality assurance programmes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the development and review of clinical policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse qualification with valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Proven experience in a clinical setting, with a strong background in patient care.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise confidently with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and compliance documentation.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining up-to-date clinical knowledge. This role is ideal for a compassionate nurse seeking to advance their career into a leadership position while making a meaningful difference in patient lives within a supportive healthcare environment.
