**Job Title**: TEMPORARY ASSOCIATE
**Department**: STORES
**Reporting To**: Floor Manager
**Job Summary**
To carry out day-to-day activities in the store as required by the management team to
promote excellent customer service and maximise sales.
**Responsibilities**
- Main Responsibilities
- To assist in the maintenance of the company’s operational standards
and compliance.
- Ensure all sales floor routines are carried out as prescribed by the
management team.
- To participate in stock processing
- To serve customers and operate tills
- To carry out customer refunds as required
- To maintain the shop floor standards at all times
- To ensure appropriate merchandising of product in order to
maximise sales
- To be involved in store replenishment.
- To carry out product placement checks
- To participate in the store clearance cycle
- To be courteous at all times to fellow associates, customers and
management team.
- To seek personal development when appropriate
- To demonstrate an understanding of brand & product knowledge.
- Demonstrate at all times the company’s identified characteristics
- To assist in ensuring Health and Safety standards are adhered to and
within legal requirements
- To carry out any additional duties as and when required such as
housekeeping, cleaning.
- To participate in the stores activities as required outside of normal
duties.
