**Graduate Business Development Executive**Package:

- A competitive basic salary of £22,000-£24,000
- OTE/Commission taking your Y1 total earnings higher

**Graduate Business Development Executive**Role:

- Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company offering and the market it operates within, in order to have valuable conversations with new and existing clients
- Respond to any inbound enquires, building relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and requirements and promoting the company offering as a solution
- Book sales meeting with both prospect and existing clients for senior members of the sales team
- once you are confident in the role you will be able to attend and run some of the meetings you book
- Proactively follow up on marketing campaigns and initiatives in a pre-determined sector
- Maintain strong business relationships with existing clients, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction with the company offering and seeking any up-sell opportunities

**Graduate Business Development Executive**Requirements**:

- Educated to degree level
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
