**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations.
- Load and unload goods, performing heavy lifting as required.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers to coordinate deliveries.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure all paperwork is completed correctly.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service during each delivery interaction.
- Assist in warehouse operations when not on the road, including inventory management and organisation of stock.

**Skills**
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong skills in commercial driving, with a valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle type.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manage physical demands of the job.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns is advantageous.
- Experience as a van driver or in warehouse settings is a plus.
