Benefits: Service payments paid weekly; two weeks in hand; first payment after 14 days. Van fully insured. 2‑day on‑road training provided with full pay (Ride alongs). Training payment is for drivers who work more than 28 routes. Bonus & reward scheme in place to boost your earnings. Opportunities to progress based on performance. What We Are Looking For: Drives safely Takes pride in driving the vehicle Demonstrates outstanding customer service Attention to detail to ensure deliveries are completed as per the correct process Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team Can follow instructions Veterans, ex‑emergency services are highly encouraged to enquire Flexible to service demands Requirements Minimum of 1 year of commercial van driving experience. Full UK or Euro driving license and a maximum of 3 points with no active CD, DD, DR, IN10, DG10, DR80, MS50 or UT50; - TT99. Able to pass a criminal background check. Have good spoken and written English. Job Types: Full‑time, Part‑time. Salary: Fixed pay £120 per day. Bonus £1 per stop for over 80 stops based on the area. Bonus £1 per stop for over 100 stops based on the area. Peak rate – If performance scores of 99% achieved from 2/11/25 to 24/12/25 – £135 per day normal route; £140 per day for 7 days working.
