Are you an experienced Employability Trainer looking for a new challenge with a growing private training provider?
Due to growth and demand **we are urgently recruiting for employability trainers to work with **i**ndividuals who have been effective due to Covid-19**.
As an Employability Tutor, you'll help Participants to gain an understanding of the world of work and acquire the necessary skills sought by employers in a wide range of contexts. In this key role, you will plan and deliver a range of employability courses in line with the service design.
- Plan and deliver employability programmes
- Help individuals to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their goals
- Provide learners with feedback on their work - Co-ordinate and attend employer visits with learners
- Work collaboratively with our Employment advisers and provide technical support to other course tutors
- Maintain CRM systems to evidence progress of participants.
About You
To join us as an Employability Tutor, you will need:
- Experience in the delivery of employability training.
- To be an expert in the delivery of course both face to face and via remote services.
- The confidence to deliver employability courses online and in face-to-face teaching sessions
- An understanding of the necessary skills required for people to enter a competitive marketplace
