The Spa cleaner will support the Spa Manager in all aspects of the Spa’s cleanliness to ensure exceptional standards are maintained consistently and Spa is cleaned to an exceptional standard ready for opening. **Overview of the role** - Liaise with the Spa Manager on areas of the Spa to be cleaned - Empty Thermal pool, clean as prescribed cleaning instructions and refill in a timely manner - Clean surfaces, furnishings, fixtures and fittings in all spa areas - Mop and sweep floors and floor coverings in all spa area - Empty the bins and replace with cleaner bin liners - Clean toilets and shower in the changing rooms - Mop, sweep and clean sinks in spa toilets - Clean shower, sink, mirrors, toilets in the spa - Wipe all equipment in the gym - Mop the gym floor - Mop, hover Spa Restaurant flooring - Wipe tables and chairs in the Spa Restaurant - Wipe window ledges - Clean mirrors in the spa - Wipe pictures in the spa - Remove marks from the walls - Mop staircases in spa area - Hover air vents in spa area - Replenish supplies in spa area, E.g. toilet rolls, soap dispensers etc and inform Spa Manager to replenish stock - Report maintenance problems without delay - Return items to correct location (e.g. dishes) - Ensure equipment and chemicals are signed in and out daily - Be courteous and friendly with guests **ESSENTIAL** Previous cleaning experience Able to work permanent twilight / nights Ability to work as part of a team Reliable, Efficient, and pro-active Confident and effective communicator who can converse at all levels High levels of personal presentation and grooming **About us.** The Buxton Crescent Hotel & Thermal Spa is in situated an idyllic location within Buxton.
