**Salary**: £29,000 - £31,000 per annum

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Hours**: 40 hours per week (includes evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins on a rota basis)

The Role

As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing consistent care, structure, and emotional support to the young people in our home. You will be part of a compassionate team committed to helping children build positive relationships, develop life skills, and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day care and supervision of children in a safe, nurturing environment
- Support children with emotional regulation, education, and independent living skills
- Build positive relationships based on trust, respect, and consistency
- Work in line with care plans, safeguarding protocols, and Ofsted standards
- Complete reports, logs, and documentation to a high professional standard
- Participate in activities, outings, and keyworking sessions
- Undertake sleep-ins and shifts as part of a rota, including weekends and bank holidays

About You
- Experience working with children or young people (residential care, youth work, education, or similar)
- Compassionate, resilient, and calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible and willing to work shifts including sleep-ins
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete)
- Full UK driving licence preferred
