**Logistics Supervisor - Selsey**

**PURPOSE**:
To be a working member of the shift whilst also leading/supervising the team under the direction of the Department Manager to ensure performance and time and attendance is to the standard required.

The role reports into the Logistics Department Manager

**WORKING HOURS**: Panama 12 hr shift rotation (2 weeks day shifts / 2 weeks night shifts)

**PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Ensure team are trained to the required standard and all new starters have a meaningful and effective induction to the business
Day to day management of absence
Ensure Company Health and Safety and Hygiene rules are always adhered to
Ensure all Customer requirements (internal and external) are met in full wherever possible.
Liaise/communicate with all areas/departments where necessary.
All other responsibilities of a shift logistics operative
Allocation of manpower to tasks.
Hitting Outload Times
Quality of despatched product and pallets.
Ensuring supply of Packaging to Unitize and Production.
Training Colleagues.
Maintaining Team Morale
