As a Tech Support Advisor in the customer service space, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our ProService platform's customers, communicating with customers through online chats, resolving their queries, and ensuring that they have a positive experience

This is a dynamic and expanding team where your contributions will be highly valued and recognised, allowing you to showcase your work and advance as the team naturally grows. It's remotely based, however the team are really supportive and hold regular check-ins, team meetings and catch ups.

**What do you bring?**
- Experience within chat support isn't necessary, we're looking for someone who is a great communicator and has a background in customer service.
- Experience, or interest in tech as a function is advantageous.
- Able to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
