**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers with attention to quality and presentation.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
- Assist in food preparation tasks, ensuring all items are fresh and ready for service.
- Operate coffee machines and other equipment, providing barista services when required.
- Take customer orders accurately and handle transactions with basic math skills.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Keep the cafe area clean, organised, and well-stocked throughout the day.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

**Skills**
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
- Previous barista experience is highly desirable, along with knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.
