Southport Auto Centre, a reputable Volvo specialist, is currently seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Advisor to join our welcoming team at our conveniently located town centre Garage.

As a front-line representative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service experiences to our valued customers.

**Key Qualities and Requirements**:

- Proficiency in interpersonal skills to effectively handle customer inquiries regarding service, repair, and MOT needs.
- Dedication to upholding the highest standards of customer care and a friendly, positive, and confident demeanour that puts customers at ease.
- IT literacy and prior experience in reception or administrative roles.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Automotive industry knowledge is advantageous but not obligatory; comprehensive training will be provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- Booking customers for vehicle service, MOT, and repair appointments.
- Delivering outstanding customer service both in-person and over the phone.
- Coordinating parts orders for vehicle maintenance.
- Undertaking administrative tasks, including meticulous record-keeping of appointments and work progress.
- Keeping customers informed and updated throughout the service process.
