**PA to team (Private Equity) - West End - £50,000 to £52,000 with bens**
Would you like to work for one of the most amazing companies in London? We have a superb opportunity for a fantastic PA to join a simply outstanding business based in luxurious offices in the West End.
We are looking for individuals who are ideally a graduate or graduate calibre and are passionate about their career as a PA and really enjoy supporting busy teams. The role is hybrid working 9.00 - 5.30pm.
You will have the opportunity to provide key support to 4 investment professionals and you should relish traditional PA tasks including diary management, extensive travel arranging and expense management.
Perhaps you are currently working in private equity, or indeed the finance sector or perhaps you are used to the pace of management consultancy and would like a change? Applications are welcome from all sectors. (Attitude, personality and team spirit are key).
The company are hugely successful and the new incumbent must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Able to cope with peaks and troughs as and when required and have a positive outlook and be a keen team player, coupled with excellent communicationskills.

Advanced MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fast accurate typing with attention to detail and style
**Principal Duties**
To provide day-to-day administrative support to 4 members of the Investment Team:
Diary management - setting up meetings involving multiple internal and external parties
Travel arrangements - flights, rail, cars, hotels, currency, preparation of itineraries
PowerPoint - preparation, editing and reformatting of presentations, at times complex and working to tight deadlines
High quality preparation of correspondence and other documents
Ensure briefing packs of relevant papers are prepared in good time before meetings/events
Preparation of Board packs
Co-ordination of Operations Team projects/initiatives as required
Timely preparation of monthly expenses on an electronic system
Filter telephone calls
Manage incoming post, messages and electronic mail and determine priority issues
Filing - both paper and electronic
Any other administrative/support activities you may be called upon to perform commensurate with your role as Personal Assistant to senior executives
Provide cover when necessary for other members of the PA team, particularly during holiday periods and when other PAs need assistance due to heavy workload.
