Emea Channel Sales Manager

**The Role**:
An established Independent Software Vendor urgently requires an EMEA Channel Sales Manager to join their team due to the continued growth of the company. This busy and varied role requires excellent client facing skills and there will be the opportunityto work on client site both nationally and internationally. This role would involve managing a team of 7 Sales Professionals.

**Essential Key Skills**:
- Manage an indirect sales team to deliver software bookings goals.
- Provide accurate forecasting both on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Develop and coach a specialist team of channel managers to further grow our channel within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
- Channel Management activities, prioritize efforts, and hold the team accountable for building pipeline and executing each phase of the sales cycle.
- Work with Channel Marketing and Partner Enablement teams to plan and execute for partner readiness.
- Working in a fast-paced environment closing both large strategic and smaller transactional deal sizes
