Page Personnel is partnering with a not for profit company who are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their accountancy team on a full time permanent basis.
**Client Details**
Our client is a not for profit company who have seen huge growth in the past 12 months. They are based in Southampton and will require travel to their offices.
**Description**
As the Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Invoice raising & sending
- Setting up DD
- Taking payments, credit card, BACS, childcare vouchers, TFC
- Sales Ledger
- Investigating and resolving invoice queries as required
- Carrying out funding claims (headcount)
- Reconciling funding/nursery grants
- Maintain regular and frequent communication with all nurseries including visits
- Be an active team player within the Early years support team and within the organisation as a whole
- Maintain files including confidential information
- Liaise with external professionals and staff from other services
- Anything else reasonably requested by the management of the organisation.
**Profile**
To be successful for the Finance Administrator role, you must:

- genuine enthusiasm for the work of the organisation
- Drivers licence, based in Eastleigh but travel may be required to nurseries
**Job Offer**
