Main Responsibilities

- Welcoming guests, taking orders and serving beverages to guests
- Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
- Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related items
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Being friendly yet professional
- Being a team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticism
- Good attention to detail and punctuality
- Being proactive is key
- Experience within a hospitality, catering or bar setting

Package Description
If you're looking to pursue an exciting career in Liverpool’s vibrant hospitality industry. We are hosting a brand new Skills Bootcamp, recruitment event designed to get you into your dream role.
To qualify for the opportunity you must meet the requirements below
- Aged 19+ (before 31st August 2024)
- Live in Liverpool City Region
- Have right to work in the UK
- Have lived in the UK for more than 3 years continuously
- Not attending any other funded courses e.g. already a student, apprenticeship, another Skills Bootcamp
- Must be available for a four week training programme at City of Liverpool College.
- Please note this is an free qualification and upon the completion and employment employed your rate starts at £12 Per hour
