**Takes direction from: The home Manager and Senior in charge.**
- Assist clients with their individual needs as per their care plan - (Bathing/ dressing)
- To attend appointments with clients as required.
- To assist with serving meals and refreshments to clients and to set tables in the dining room at meal times.
- To tidy bedrooms and make beds.
- To undertake some light cleaning duties.
- To assist with laundering clients clothing as per the homes laundry policy.
- To participate with daily activities within the home and attend outings as required.
- To follow the homes policies and procedures at all times.
- To report all accidents and incidents to the person in charge immediately.
- To complete choice forms for each client and offer them as much choice as possible, to complete menu order forms daily and food audit forms monthly.
- To observe clients and report to the person in charge any changes in their physical, emotional and social well being.
- To help keep clients safe, other staff members and visitors to the home by following the homes health and Safety policies.
- To tidy clients wardrobes and drawers regularly and carry out daily tasks requested by clients and complete duties as allocated by the person in charge.
Part-time & Full-time hours
**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 18 - 36 per week
