**Job summary**:
- TRH The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester's Household is responsible for organising the domestic and overseas official programme in support of His Majesty The King, as well as overseeing commitments relating to TRH's own Patronages and portfolios of work.**Job description**:
It's supporting the team at the heart of a world famous institution.
As a Programme Co-ordinator, you will provide important logístical support to ensure the efficient day-to-day running and execution of the TRH’s programmes.
Supporting the Senior Programme Co-ordinator, you will be involved with planning all aspects of official visits and events, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and hosts alike.
You will also assist with internal and external enquiries, and prepare correspondence and briefings, expanding your existing administration skills within a truly unique environment.
**Person specification**:
With relevant, or transferable experience in a similar role, you will be an excellent administrator, have good drafting skills and a real eye for detail.
Highly efficient and organised, you will be confident prioritising multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
With a confident and professional communication style, you will liaise easily with a wide range of individuals and organisations.
Enthusiastic and with lots of initiative, you will enjoy the challenge of a varied workload as well as working collaboratively as part of a small team.
