**Description**:
At AXA Partners, we have an exciting full time, permanent opportunity for a Claims Handler to join our hard-working Dedidated Services Team. As we strive to give our employee’s work/life balance, this role involves a mixture of home and office working with your base office located in Redhill.

As a Claims Handler, you'll report to our Dedicated Services Manager, reviewing all post coming into the team to identify any complicated or urgent cases. You'll be raising settlement payments, fees and rebilling costs to ensure funds are received.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Engaging with multiple stakeholders from foreign offices to clients, solicitors and foreign agents ensuring all parties are aware of the current position of the claims case. You'll reiceve an extra £500 for any additional langauges you may speak.
- In the course of your duties, you must adhere to all internal policies and procedures, focusing on the needs of the customer and ensuring fair treatment at all times.
- Responsible for working as an effective team player. You will have strong communication skills both verbal and written, whilst being excellent at building solid working relationships based on Integrity and trust. We see ourselves as one big team, One AXA.

**We're offering full and part-time hours**
- Full time: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. No weekends or Bank holidays
- Part time: We're flexible and willing to work around hours that suit you. Your hours will be worked out as a mutual agreement that suit you and the buisness needs.

**Qualifications**:

- English written and spoken language skills.
- Additional european languages welcomed, written and spoken skills.
- Working knowledge of claims processing to deal with all aspects of international claims, desirable.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing demands.
- Able to work as part of a team but also independently, taking responsibility for your own workload.
- Able to prioritise, work under pressure and to strict internal deadlines, willing to take on new tasks at short notice.
- Keen to learn new skills, willing to be flexible and adapt as processes and the company change.
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
