Estimator - Reinstatement

Our client is a leading resurfacing company with an excellent reputation in the industry. They are looking to strengthen the commercial team with an additional Estimator to tender on machine & hand lay projects, helping the company achieve their impressive growth plans.

**Salary to £60k | Company Vehicle + Fuel card | Pension**
- **Key Essentials**:_
- The role will involve tendering for machine and hand lay reinstatement projects with values ranging from £25k - £500k
- Organising appropriate tender enquiries from key clients in the industry
- Responsible for administrating correspondence and tender documents
- When preparing tenders you will be responsible for all build ups and take off's taking into consideration of all plant, transport and labour, outputs and programme of works
- You should have a good understanding of estimating processes and tender buying
- Handover of tender files to the project team
- Responsible for investigating cost effective and / or alternative solutions
- **Requirements**:_
- You should ideally be qualified in Civil Engineering or hold relevant Reinstatement / Resurfacing Estimating experience
- Previous experience working as an Estimator for a Resurfacing, Civil Engineering or Utility company
- Good knowledge of Estimating Processes and Tender Buying
- Excellent I.T skills in Microsoft Office Packages
