**HR Systems Analyst**

We are looking for someone who to join a large organisation to be responsible for the day-to-day operational management and development of the people systems managed within the team.

You will provide ongoing assurance to the Head of Colleagues Experience that our people Core Systems remain relevant, fit for purpose secure and aligned Systems secure.

You will maintain, develop and drive forward the core People systems while making sure they are fit for purpose, aid in wider People team strategic priorities and projects, and continuously improve the People function / Society's digital processes.

**Skills**:

- Ability to influence, engage and build trust in partnership with key stakeholders at all levels
- Commitment to role modelling behaviours and ways of working that align with the organisation's values.
- Experience in developing systems and change control processes.
- Knowledge of HR Service Delivery practices.
- Knowledge of change control processes.
- Ability to manage own workloads to deliver on deadlines

Desirable:

- Experience in Workday, not essential
