They are offering a fantastic opportunity for someone to join the team as a line leader where you will be responsible for setting up the production lines daily and driving performance with your team.

If you are looking for an opportunity to grow your management experience and knowledge in improving upon processes, then look no further as you will actively be working with the Operations Manager and a Supervisor on shift who will offer support.

**What you'll need**:

- Hands-on experience setting up a production line is going to be essential
- A can-do approach to work with the ability to act autonomously and make important decisions yourself will be critical
- Understanding Health & Safety plus Food Safety will be desirable
