**Overview**
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Back of House Staff to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, contributing to the preparation of high-quality meals that delight our customers. **Duties**
- Assist in food preparation and meal assembly, ensuring all dishes meet our culinary standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Support cooks and chefs in various tasks, including chopping, mixing, and cooking ingredients.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while following all safety protocols.
- Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary terminology is advantageous.
- A strong understanding of food safety standards and practices is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Willingness to take on various tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to the team's success.

Pay: £11.44-£16.35 per hour
