The opportunity
Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager to help grow their business by generating introductions and opportunities in connection with companies looking to relocate, refurbish or open new offices.

**The role**
This is a permanent, full time position, working Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm and a 4pm finish on a Friday.
Your duties and responsibilities:
- Help the business grow by working closely with other team members including the Sales Director
- Making cold calls, following up warm leads and sourcing new opportunities
- Arranging and attending prospective client meetings to secure new business and to build strong relationships
- Researching market trends and assisting in marketing the business
- Building a qualified pipeline and ensuring the annual target is achieved
**What you need to succeed**
This role is looking for an individual who has proven experience in a Business Development role, ideally within commercial interiors, Design & Build industry or similar. You must have exceptional communication skills including excellent telephone manner.You need to be highly organised, strong attention to deal, a positive attitude and an excellent team player.
