At The Kennels - a super stylish private members’ club on the world-famous Goodwood Estate - we don’t just greet guests. We _set the tone_ for everything that follows. And right now, we’re looking for someone who’s got that rare mix of confidence, warmth, and chill professionalism to be our front-of-house superstar.

This is more than a reception job - it’s about creating first impressions that last.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Be the friendly face that welcomes every guest (and means it)
- Handle bookings, calls, and questions like a pro
- Get to know how the whole place ticks - from the restaurant to the wine list
- Help guests feel like members of something special

**You'll thrive here if you**:

- Have experience working with customers (hospitality, events, retail - all count)
- Know how to use a computer (not just for TikTok)
